Returns & Refunds

1. Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Gurunanak Suit and Saree. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that customized, altered, or discounted products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team via email or phone with their order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send the product back. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking details when shipping the product back to us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Shipping charges and cash-on-delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We allow product exchanges only for size, color, or design variations if the requested item is available in stock. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. If the desired product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead. Please note that customized and sale items cannot be exchanged.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges, at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Customized or tailored suits and sarees.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or with heavy discounts.

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

All returns must be sent to the official return address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The return address will be shared once your request has been approved.
