We ensure that all products are described with accurate details of fabric, size, color, and design. However, slight variations in color or pattern may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution. Prices displayed on our website are final and may be updated without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
All online orders are confirmed only after successful payment through secure methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking. Once confirmed, the order will be processed and prepared for shipment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays caused by courier or logistics partners are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. Customized, altered, or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
